  • Award Letter
    The Award Letter contains Federal Stafford loan amounts eligible to the student; please view, edit (if necessary), your award letter via the student portal. The award letter must be signed in order to process financial aid.
  • U.S. Department if Education (PIN Site)
    The PIN is your identifier to let you access personal information in various U.S. Department of Education systems. You must have a pin to file on-line renewal or to make on-line corrections to your FAFSA. You can request one at the PIN site.
  • Entrance Counseling
    Entrance counseling is mandatory for all first time borrowers and must be completed prior to the first disbursement.
  • Exit Counseling
    Exit counseling is required for all graduates or those who fall below half-time status.
  • E-Sign
    E-sign is an electronic way to sign your promissory note, the legal agreement a student signs with a lender accepting student loan funds. The MPN states the terms and conditions of the loan, including repayment schedule, interest rate, deferment policy and cancellations.
  • FAFSA Online Application
    Fill out the Free Application for Student Aid or check the status of your submitted application. This requires a personal identification number; if you do not have a PIN or have forgotten your PIN; follow the instructions on the PIN site home page.

  • Federal Student Aid Ombudsman
    The Federal Student Aid Ombudsman of the Department of Education helps resolve disputes and solve other problems with federal student loans.
  • Lender Contact Information
  • National Student Loan Data Systems (NSLDS)
    You can use the web site to make inquiries about your title IV loans. The site displays information on loan amounts, outstanding balances, loan statuses and disbursements.
  • Credit Card Fraud & Identity Theft
    The Department of Education has created a Web site to help college students avoid credit-card fraud and other forms of identity theft.
