Parking & Transportation


  1. These parking rules and regulations are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any parking rules and/or regulations put forth by the building (Younan Properties) or Ampco Parking Systems.  To park, each person must complete a parking application, issued by Younan and Ampco.   This application may be updated from time to time which may require that you complete a new application.   
  2. PSL will assign to you garage or surface lot access, at its sole discretion.   Access to a particular lot or garage is not guaranteed and is granted by PSL on a semester or yearly basis, at its sole discretion. 
  3. Keycards and permit (stickers) are not transferable.
  4. Irrespective of where you are granted a parking space, your keycard and/or permit (sticker) allows you to park only one vehicle in one space.
  5. You may not park in a reserved space that is not assigned to you.  Parking is allowed only in unmarked spaces.  Do not park in spaces marked “reserved” or “visitor.”   First floor parking is prohibited unless you receive written notice from PSL.
  6. You agree to report any damage caused by your vehicle.
  7. You agree to follow the instructions of garage/lot personnel, and/or security, and/or posted signage.
  8. Your permit (sticker) must be displayed at all times.
  9. Parking rules apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  10. Younan Properties and Ampco have the right to immobilize or tow your car, are your sole cost and expense, for parking violations.   
  11. PSL is not responsible if your car is immobilized.
  12. PSL is not responsible for loss or damage to your vehicle or its contents.
  13.  PSL may revoke parking privileges at any time for a violation of any of the Younan, Ampco or PSL parking rules.
  14. These PSL rules do not apply if you are a paying customer of Ampco, to the extent paid parking is available.
