Dennis Shields has dedicated his life to higher education and law and has been associated with many of our nation’s premiere schools.

Vincent Alvarez, Information Technology Support Specialist
Prior to joining the Phoenix School of Law staff, Vincent Alvarez was an IT consultant and graphic artist in San Jose and Silicon Valley.
David Bachechi, Assistant Director of Information Technology
Dave Bachechi was Phoenix School of Law's first information technology employee, bringing seven years of IT experience as a help desk specialist, database administrator, and computer support consultant.

The Registrar oversees records management and the registration process.

Monique Dunlap worked as a library assistant at Quarles & Brady Streich Lang in Phoenix, Arizona, before joining the staff of Phoenix School of Law in 2006.

Candy Kallen is the Assistant Director of Admissions for Phoenix School of Law.
Bianca Lauderdale, Administrative Assistant, Dean's Office
Bianca joined Phoenix School of Law in 2004. Her administrative experience includes past employment with several Fortune 500 companies and operating her own business.

While working in the IRC, Gretchen is also pursuing a degree in Film and Media Production at Arizona State University.

Jim Lemire is the Director of Finance for the Phoenix School of Law.

Edward M. McClure, Public Services Librarian
Ted McClure engaged in the private practice of law for 13 years and retired from the U.S. Army before joining the staff of PhoenixLaw in 2005.
BarbaraKaye Miller, Dean of Admissions
Dean Miller's legal background includes both the private and public sectors. She is a member of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association, the Hayzel B. Daniels Bar Asssociation and the Los Abogados Bar Association.

Before joining PhoenixLaw in 2006, Koviena Nelson received a B.A. in Legal Studies, a J.D., an LL.M. in Criminal Law, and an M.L.S. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Sarah Prosory is a recent graduate of Northern Arizona University, where she volunteered in two academic libraries before joining the Phoenix Law staff in May of 2006.
Christy Ryan, Assistant Director of the IRC
Christy Ryan is the Assistant Director of the Information Resource Center of the Phoenix School of Law. Before joining Phoenix Law in 2007, she worked at the Texas Tech Law Library and the University of Tulsa.

Before joining the staff at Phoenix School of Law, Tara Summus completed internships with the Arizona Historical Foundation and the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum.
Alicia Togno, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs
Alicia Nyce (Togno) received her B.A. in Italian from Rutgers College in 1993, and her J.D. from Rutgers Law School – Newark in 1998. She also studied at the University of Florence in Florence, Italy, for the 1991-1992 academic year.
