Project & Contract Work

The Center for Professional Development ("the CPD") offers employers the ability to post temporary positions for project work and short term assignments. Projects are typically shorter in duration and are very specific in need. Examples include trial work preparation, research and writing assignments, document review, and other short-term assignments.

Employers can choose whether to review resumes as a group or request that students apply directly to the hiring manager. If interviews are requested, the hiring manager can choose whether to interview on campus or at their office.

Scheduling and compensation will be decided between the employer and student. Typical pay for project work is between $15 - $25 per hour, depending on the length of the assignment and the student's experience. To post a position at no charge, please complete the Job Posting Form.
